  • 5 for 5 Sacred Sense Walk:

    • SEE – Gaze with Glory (5 mins):
Look around without rushing. Let your eyes land on one part of nature that captures your attention — a leaf, a bird, a ripple in water. Ask: God, what are You revealing through this? Let it speak to your spirit.

    • HEAR – Heaven’s Harmony (5 mins):
Close your eyes. Just listen. Birds chirping, wind rustling, your own breath. Ask: Lord, what are You whispering in the rhythm of this moment?

    • SMELL – Breathe the Blessing (5 mins):
Inhale deeply. Take in the scent of grass, trees, flowers, even the earth. Ask: Holy Spirit, what does this fragrance awaken in me?

    • TOUCH – Feel the Father (5 mins):
Run your fingers along a tree trunk, feel the soil, or let the breeze touch your skin. Ask: God, how do You want me to experience Your presence physically right now?

    • SPEAK – Declare with Delight (5 mins):
Find a quiet spot. Whisper a prayer, declare a praise, or speak aloud the word or message you received through this sacred sense experience.

    • Group prayer, anointing, and sending forth with peace

In the stillness, God speaks. In the sacred, we heal. Come away and let your soul breathe.
