Close your eyes. Just listen. Birds chirping, wind rustling, your own breath. Ask: Lord, what are You whispering in the rhythm of this moment?SMELL – Breathe the Blessing (5 mins):
Inhale deeply. Take in the scent of grass, trees, flowers, even the earth. Ask: Holy Spirit, what does this fragrance awaken in me?TOUCH – Feel the Father (5 mins):
Run your fingers along a tree trunk, feel the soil, or let the breeze touch your skin. Ask: God, how do You want me to experience Your presence physically right now?SPEAK – Declare with Delight (5 mins):
